World Halal Food Festival: Give Visitors a Reason to Remember Your Brand
A good exhibition stand gets noticed. A memorable one gives people a reason to stop. At the World Halal Food Festival, visitors arrive for food, shopping, entertainment and community. With a large number of vendors and attractions competing for attention, exhibitors need more than signage and a well presented stand to make an impression.
Ehre Productions already understands this environment. We have worked at the World Halal Food Festival as a community outreach partner with the Metropolitan Police, delivering interactive engagement through a Magic Mirror Photo Booth and quiz activities. That experience gives us a practical understanding of how to attract visitors, encourage interaction and create content around a busy public event.
What Is the World Halal Food Festival?
The World Halal Food Festival, also known as WHFF, is a major halal food and lifestyle event in London. The festival has been running since 2013 and brings together food vendors, families, entertainment, cultural experiences and shopping. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 26 and 27 September 2026 at London Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The current festival programme includes more than 100 food vendors, live cooking demonstrations, entertainment, a children’s zone, a bazaar market and competitions. The event website says the festival attracts more than 20,000 visitors.
For exhibitors, that audience presents a valuable opportunity. You can meet potential customers, introduce products, build relationships and increase awareness in person.
But there is another side to a large event. When visitors have so many choices, your brand needs a clear reason for people to engage. That is where Ehre Productions can help.
Ehre Productions at the World Halal Food Festival
Our experience at WHFF is based on real event delivery.
In 2024, Ehre Productions collaborated with the Metropolitan Police as part of its community outreach at the World Halal Food Festival. The team used a Magic Mirror Photo Booth and quiz programme to create an interactive space where festival visitors could engage with the police team. The activities were designed to work across different age groups and encourage families and visitors to take part.
This is a good example of how an activation can do more than decorate a stand. People came over because there was something to do. That created an opportunity for conversation, information sharing and community engagement.
Ehre Production’s wider event work includes the London Muslim Shopping Festival, World Travel Market London, International Food and Drink Event, International Security Expo, Great Gurmat Samagam and the Event Production Show. The company also works with public and private sector organisations, charities, NGOs, international governments and global brands.
Bring Your WHFF Stand to Life
Food festivals are naturally visual and social. People photograph food, record videos, share experiences and talk about the brands they discover. Your stand should give them something worth capturing.
Magic Mirror Photo Booth Activation
A WHFF photo booth activation can create an immediate point of interaction.
Visitors can step into the experience, take branded photographs and receive digital or printed content. The setup can be adapted to your visual identity, campaign or event message.
It can also help create a natural conversation between your team and visitors. Rather than asking someone to stop and listen to a sales pitch, the activation gives them something engaging to do first.
For brands targeting families and a diverse public audience, this type of experiental activity can add another layer to the visitor experience while increasing the amount of branded content being created around your stand.
World Halal Food Festival Photography
Professional event photography gives you useful content long after WHFF ends.
Our photographers can cover your stand, products, team, customer interactions, demonstrations, visitors and important moments throughout the festival. These images can then be used on your website, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, PR campaigns and future exhibition promotions. You are not simply documenting the event. You are building a library of visual content that can support your marketing afterwards.
WHFF Videography
Video can show the atmosphere of your stand in a way that a single photograph cannot. Ehre Productions can capture interviews, customer reactions, product demonstrations, team activity, event highlights and behind the scenes footage. We can also produce shorter clips for social media, giving you content that is better suited to platforms where audiences consume quick, visual updates.
Content Production
Your WHFF presence can provide much more than two days of event coverage. With the right planning, one event can generate photographs, interviews, short videos, testimonials, highlight footage and social media clips.
Our production team can work around your priorities so the content reflects what you actually want to communicate. Perhaps you are launching a product. Maybe you want to introduce a new food range, promote your company, build trust or increase your social following. The content plan can be built around that objective.
Why Choose Ehre Productions for WHFF?
Ehre Productions combines event activation, photography, videography, content production and consultancy in one service. Our previous work at WHFF with the Metropolitan Police means we already understand the event environment and how to engage its audience.
