Ehre Productions team up with Wyldecrest Parks, one of the UK’s No.1 Park operators, to provide our outstanding real estate photo and videography services for their residential and holiday parks for more than 90 locations all around the UK. St Dominic Park, Harrowbarrow, Callington, Cornwall is one of our projects with Wyldecrest Parks.
St Dominic Park is situated outside the historical town of Callington, Cornwall and about 14 miles northwest of the city of Plymouth. This park is surrounded by beautiful fields, woodland walks and a tranquil flowing stream running alongside, which makes this park an exclusive location to reside.
Goal of project
After a detailed meeting with the client, we specified our goals for this task. The goals for this project was straightforward; our client just demanded to capture high-quality photos and Aerial videos of the park from various angles, showing its warmth, value, surroundings and outstanding location, using for the purposes of listing and marketing. So, buyers can see every detail of the property just as viewing and experiencing it in reality.
Production
Our team travelled from London to St Dominic Park. We performed the following tasks:
- Interior Photography for 4 properties
- Matterport (Floor Plan-Doll house view-virtual tour) 3D scans for 4 properties
- Marketing material production, including individual walkthrough videos and Promo videos
- Walkthrough videos of St Dominic park and individual properties
- Aerial Photography and Cinematography for St Dominic and individual properties
Results
